Seventh and Eighth Grade Teacher
Rebecca Wetherell spent her early childhood in Stoneham, MA, just outside of Boston. She received a BA in Elementary Education from Columbia Union College in 2006. She also spent a semester at Newbold College in Britain. While there, she traveled in England, Ireland, Scotland and France.
Miss Wetherell has always loved working with children. When she finally got a chance to be in a classroom and work directly with the students, she knew that teaching was the right choice for her. She loves seeing the look on students' faces when they suddenly grasp a concept. She also enjoys learning about her students.
Miss Wetherell is excited to move to teaching 7th and 8th grade this year. She has welcomed the opportunity to make a difference in her students' lives -- both academically and spiritually.
Miss Wetherell has three sisters and two nephews. She enjoys reading, traveling, the beach, walking, arts and crafts, and sewing.
